Quality Control Officer (QC)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (Chemistry or Polymer field will be given special consideration)

  • No experience required (experience will be an advantage)

  • New graduates are welcome

  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and responsible

  • Basic computer skills

  • Agile, systematic, and detail-oriented

  • Leadership skills, ability to train, delegate, supervise, and follow up on tasks

  • Good personality and interpersonal skills, able to make decisions and solve problems effectively

  • Knowledge of systems such as ISO, GHPs, HACCP, FOOD SAFETY (special consideration)

  • Strong coordination skills both internally and externally

Responsibilities:

  • Work 6 days per week (Monday–Saturday)

  • Control and ensure product quality according to the planned standards, prepare and verify documents

  • Ensure quality control efficiency

  • Improve and develop quality control processes

  • Develop the quality control department to operate according to standards and plans

  • Follow up on quality control-related tasks and coordinate with other departments
